§01Commitment
BRKS Labs is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
This statement is provided in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
§02Conformance standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. The site currently conforms partially with WCAG 2.2 AA — we are actively closing known gaps.
§03Known limitations
The following limitations are known and are being worked on:
- Some decorative gradients and noise textures have not yet been audited for WCAG 1.4.11 non-text contrast under all ambient conditions.
- Motion-reduction preferences (
prefers-reduced-motion) are not yet fully honoured on every animated element.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed above, please let us know — we will prioritise a fix.
§04Feedback and contact
Email accessibility feedback and requests to kylogor@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to propose a remediation plan within two weeks.
§05Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact your national data protection or consumer protection authority in the EU, or the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Ukraine.
